Teacher Spotlight: The Return of Ms. Kuvik!

Billy M. '19

Ms. Ann Marie Kuvik teaches Anatomy and Physiology, as well as Chemistry. Additionally, she has become incredibly active in the Cahillite Community as a Moderator of the National Honor Society. She grew up in Tacony, and she attended St. Hubert’s. After graduating high school, she went on to major in Science Education at Temple University, and later received her Masters in Health Education and Administration at St. Joseph’s University. Her teaching history is spread all over the city; she has taught at various schools in the Archdiocese of Philadelphia (including a stint here at Roman Catholic in the late 1990’s!) and The Philadelphia Public School District. Ms. Kuvik also has worked as a substitute teacher at several schools in the suburbs, particularly at Hilltop Preparatory School. Her favorite aspect of Roman is something many people here would relate to: “Everything.”
