Staying Fit during Quarantine

You might be wondering how do you stay in shape with no public equipment? Here are some strategies to keep you in shape for Football, Soccer, or any other upcoming sports seasons!  I personally play Football and my team is doing twenty jumping jacks, twenty push ups, and twenty burpees. That is one set.  If you can do one or two sets, that is good.  More is great!  I do ten sets a day over a one to two hour period.  Another way to stay in shape is to go outside and exercise.  Even though we are in quarantine, you can still go into the backyard or walk on the sidewalks.  Whatever you do, it is important to stay in shape physically especially if you play a sport. If you do not play a sport, exercise is a great way to keep your mood up!  You too can find something that works for you.
